Where young people thrive!
Serving a racially and culturally diverse membership of over 2,500 young people each year in Oakland and Sacramento

► WHAT WE DO
Working at the intersection of race and place, EBAYC supports all young people in low-wealth and high-stress communities where significant populations of Asian youth and families are present.

LIFE COACHING
EBAYC provides intensive life coaching and wrap-around support services to young people most impacted by generational poverty, violence, and exploitation.

SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS
EBAYC partners with neighborhood schools to provide on-campus integrated support services to young people and their families.

COMMUNITY POWER
EBAYC engages young people and parents in participatory action research campaigns to create concrete solutions that improve the quality of life in their culturally rich communities.
► OUR IMPACT
Since our founding in 1976, EBAYC’s guiding vision is to create spaces that affirm the cultural identities of our young people and guide their personal growth.
