► ABOUT
EBAYC provides intensive life coaching and wraparound services to young people most impacted by generational poverty, violence, and exploitation.
A safe and trusting relationship between a young person and EBAYC is required to facilitate positive change and growth. EBAYC works relentlessly to build a safe and trusting relationship with each young person by engaging them in a continuous process of reflection, planning, and action.
ASSESSMENT & PLANNING
EBAYC engages young people in evaluating their personal needs and strengths. Based on their own reflections, young people work with EBAYC to identify their short-term goals and action steps. This assessment and planning process happens every three months.
LIFE COACHING & WRAPAROUND SUPPORTS
EBAYC provides young people with weekly life coaching/life skills conversations and wraparound services identified in each young person’s short-term goals. EBAYC helps young people navigate multiple public systems and private resources to access services.
FAMILY ENGAGEMENT
EBAYC works directly with parents and other adult caregivers to maximize support and guidance to young people. This work includes systems navigation, language translation and interpretation, and crisis support.

EBAYC provides life coaching and wraparound support each year to more than 150 youth in the juvenile and criminal justice systems.
