EBAYC has been a community partner of Dewey Academy since 2012.

EBAYC provides summer and after-school learning programs, including an increasing number of paid internships as Outdoor Educator Apprentices and Peer Support Apprentices. EBAYC also provides life  coaching to those directly impacted by community violence. Dewey Academy has experienced a significant drop in student enrollment in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, which underscores the need for transitional employment and postsecondary support services that meaningfully addresses the economic needs of students.
